In search of Art in the Mission (Part 3): As I mentioned, the walk along 16th St. towards 16th St Mission BART Station was a long one. I almost wanted to give up and there were times when I wondered if I was going toward the correct direction. I was so determined to find the place myself and wanted rely solely on my map-reading skills that I did not want to ask for directions until I was truly lost (yes, I’m that stubborn). As I walked on, I was beginning to see traces of the wall murals that the area is famous for. I had to take a picture of whatever traces of art I can find in case I did not manage to see what was recommended by Lonely Planet. At least, I can comfort myself by saying, I mean, I did see some art along the way… *lol* Anyway, I reckon that this wall mural was painted by children. (correct me if I am wrong…)
